Appointment to Cumberland School of Law Alumni Advisory Board

by | Dec 13, 2023 | Firm News, In The Community |

This Summer I received the honor of accepting an appointment to the Cumberland School of Law Alumni Advisory Board which began in October of this year. As a proud alumnus of Cumberland Class of 2015, I am extremely excited to be asked to help shape the future of the school and the experiences that future students will have at such a wonderful institution.

The Board’s aim is to elevate Cumberland’s brand, reach, and impact on the state of Alabama and across the world. Cumberland’s new Dean, Blake Hudson, has presented a tremendous vision with the hopes of growing and diversifying the student body. Dean Hudson also seeks to enact community programs that will directly help those living in our state. My term on the Advisory Board spans five years and I look forward to everything that is to come for Cumberland.

This October I was able to attend our Fall Semi-Annual Meeting with the entirety of the Board to share ideas and perspectives on how to move forward into the future in a meaningful way. In addition to serving our Veterans, serving my Alma Mater is the ultimate honor.
