NOVA Fall 2017 Conference

I recently returned from the NOVA (National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates) Fall 2017 Conference in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The conference ran from October 12th to October 14th. The best and brightest attorneys and advocates for Veterans from across the country attend NOVA conferences to share their knowledge and ideas with advocates who face the same daily struggles of dealing with the VA.

Over the course of the conference, I attended sessions about the upcoming changes to the appeals process, how to examine and attack Compensation and Pension Exams, and developing lay evidence, among others. Staying on top of the ever-changing world of VA law is integral to our practice and allows our firm to more effectively advocate for our Veterans.

Over the coming weeks I will post a series of articles highlighting some of the most interesting and recent developments in the world of VA law that I learned about and discussed at the recent NOVA conference.

I’m so proud that I was able to attend the NOVA Fall 2017 Conference and further my professional goal of helping disabled Veterans get the benefits they deserve. If you are a veteran who needs help navigating the VA disability claims process, contact the experienced Veterans’ disability attorneys at Gardberg & Kemmerly, P.C. today for a free case evaluation.
