Update to Agent Orange Registry

UPDATE TO AGENT ORANGE REGISTRY

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs maintains a list of ships that were presumptively exposed to Agent Orange during the Vietnam Era. The VA has recently updated the list of ships that operated in Vietnam to add new ships, expand dates for ships already on the list, and add a new category of small vessels that operated on Vietnam’s inland waterways. The list can help Vietnam-era veterans determine if they qualify for a presumption of Agent Orange exposure when filing for disability compensation for diseases related to Agent Orange exposure.

To learn more about military exposures and VA disability benefits, visit www.publichealth.va.gov/exposures. If you are a veteran who has been exposed to Agent Orange and is seeking disability compensation for a disease caused by Agent Orange, call the experienced attorneys and staff at Gardberg & Kemmerly, P.C. at 251-343-1111 for a free case evaluation.
