We accept cases on a contingent fee basis and often work with out of state attorneys to secure maximum benefits for our clients.
Jonathan P. Gardberg, who is the senior and founding partner in the firm, heads the Social Security Department. Mr. Gardberg has extensive experience in representing Social Secuity Claimants in thousands of claims. Mr. Gardberg regularly accepts referrals of Social Security Claimants from out of town sources and has helped hospitals and disability carriers recover their indigent patient medical costs. The firm accepts Social Security Claims on a contingent fee basis.
