Ryan Seanor Joins the Firm

I am pleased to introduce myself as the newest member of the Gardberg and Kemmerly Veterans’ Disability team. My name is Ryan Seanor and for the past 3 years I have practiced in the broad field of personal injury. I am ecstatic to now have the opportunity to use the knowledge that I have gained to assist our country’s greatest asset, our Veterans.

After graduation from The University of Southern Mississippi, I attended law school at Arizona Summit School of Law in Phoenix, Arizona. During law school, I was a law clerk at the Law Offices of Leary and Wence, in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I practiced Probate and Estate Planning. I was later admitted to the practice of law in Alabama in 2015. My practice in the areas of probate and personal injury make me particularly well suited to handle VA disability claims.

Too often our Veterans are denied service connection or given a very low disability rating by the Department of Veterans Affairs. These are American citizens that put their lives on the line to protect our country and its values. The delays can make a veteran who is truly in need feel overwhelmed and hopeless. Thanks to the attorneys and staff at firms like ours, our Veterans no longer have to suffer with their disabilities while trying to figure out the process of the VA by themselves. We can provide the answers and the assistance that the veteran is seeking regarding VA disability compensation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your current service-connected disability or are seeking an increase in rating of that disability, please feel free to give us a call at (251) 343-1111 or 1-800-332-1529 and we will do our very best to help you navigate the VA system to ensure you received the benefits to which you are entitled.
