NEW VA NOTICE OF DISAGREEMENT PROCESS

Effective tomorrow, March 24, 2015, the VA will require veterans who disagree with a VA rating decision to file a VA Form 21-0958 Notice of Disagreement. The VA will no longer accept Notices of Disagreement that are not submitted on the VA Form 21-0958. A handwritten or typewritten letter will no longer suffice to begin the appellate process.

If you are a veteran who needs help filing a Notice of Disagreement in compliance with the new process, call one of the experienced veteran’s disability attorneys at Gardberg & Kemmerly, P.C. today at 251-343-1111 for a free case evaluation.
